Newsletter. Only your email address, when you subscribe. We use it to send you news about sessions, dates and releases. Legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the link in every email or by writing to us. The address is kept until you unsubscribe. Subscribing is optional and is not needed to use the site or the membership.

Booking requests. When you write to our address we keep the email for as long as needed to answer you and for the following correspondence. Legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship you start by writing.

Technical logs. The hosting provider records, as every server does, IP address, time of the request and the page requested. These logs are used only for security and operation, not to profile you, and are kept for a limited time.

Measurement. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner we load Google Analytics 4 in a configuration without advertising features. Without your consent nothing is loaded. Details in the cookie policy.

Embedded videos Collegamento a questa sezione#

The sessions are hosted on YouTube. On this site you first see a preview hosted by us. The YouTube player, in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loads only when you start a video. From that moment YouTube applies its own privacy policy.

Processors, who act on our instructions, Netsons S.r.l. for hosting and email delivery (Italy), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd for payments (Ireland), the newsletter service we use, named here when activated, and whoever maintains the site on our instructions.

Other recipients, the couriers for shop shipments, our tax advisor, the recipient artists for community demos, bound to confidentiality under the community terms, and Google Ireland Ltd, only if you consented to measurement.

Nobody else. We do not sell and do not share data for advertising. Data is processed within the European Union. Where a provider transfers data to the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, alternatively, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of people under 18.
